Job alerts
To subscribe to job alerts emails, you will be required to provide your e-mail address, which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of the latest jobs in your nominated industry and/or will provide you with industry news via job alert emails. Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe by emailing admin@leaprecruit.co.uk and requesting your email address is removed from the job alerts.
Curriculum vitae ("CV")
We give you the option of providing your CV to one of our consultants. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your CV will be stored in the Leap Recruit Limited database and will be accessible by Leap Recruit Limited recruitment consultants in the UK. You can update your CV at any time, simply by emailing your recruitment consultant to submit a new CV. Your old CV will automatically be replaced.
Aggregate information about Leap Recruit online visitors
We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to our website, for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience for our users. Complaints policy
Leap Recruit Ltd is committed to providing a quality service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the level of service, you have received from us we would like you to tell us about it. All complaints are taken very seriously, and any feedback is appreciated as it provides us with an opportunity to improve our standards. All complaints and feedback are referred on to the Directors. The Directors are responsible for objectively reviewing and investigating any concerns you may have without delay.

Procedure
1. We will send you written acknowledgement (email or letter), on receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. We will also inform you of the Director who will be dealing with your complaint.
2. We will then record your complaints in our central database and start to investigate on your behalf. This is likely to involve the following steps:
